INTO THE WOODS
Double Vienna Style Lager (9% a.b.v / 12.0 s.r.m. / 34.7 i.b.u.)
First in the series. Brewed with 2 row malted barley, munich dark malt, vienna malt, and wheat malt. Hopped with northern brewer, hallertauer, and tettnanger hops. All malt and hops are grown, produced and harvested in the United States. A true American beer.

PATH OF THE UNKNOWN
Double American Brown Ale (10% a.b.v / 21.4 s.r.m. / 41.3 i.b.u.)
Second in our Manifest Destiny series, Path Of The Unknown is brewed with 2 row malted barley, brown malt, chocolate malt, victory malt, wheat malt and crystal 150 malt. Hopped with columbus, nugget, cascade and willamette hops. All malt and hops are grown, produced and harvested in the United States. Another true American beer.

THE NEW FRONTIER
Double California Style IPA (11% a.b.v / 8.0 s.r.m. / 80.0 i.b.u.)
Third in the series. Brewed with 2 row malted barley, crystal 40 malt and wheat malt. Hopped with cascade, perle, columbus, mount hood and whole leaf fuggle hops. All malt and hops are grown, produced and harvested in the United States. American beer through and through!


YEAR 'ROUND BREWS

PIONEER AMERICAN PALE ALE (5.3% a.b.v / 40 i.b.u.)
Our flagship brew. Brewed with 2 row malted barley, crystal 60 lovibond malt and Munich malts. Hopped with Phoenix and East Kent Golding hops. Fermented with an English ale strain. This beer was called "the benchmark of New England Pale Ales or perhaps a step or two above" by BEER ADVOCATE MAGAZINE.

PIONEER AMERICAN RED ALE (5.9% a.b.v. / 48 i.b.u.)
Brewed with 2 row malted barley, amber malt, crystal 150 lovibond malt caramel 60 lovibond malt and a dash of chocolate malt. Hopped with Warrior, Columbus, Citra, Mt Hood, Willamette and Centennial hops. Fermented with California yeast strain. A medium bodied, higher hopped ale hovering in bitterness slightly under the higher hopped India Pale Ales.

PIONEER AMERICAN LAGER (4.5% a.b.v. / 32 i.b.u.)
Our great session lager. Brewed with 2 row malted barley, Carapils malt and Munich malt and hopped with Nugget, Hallertauer and Saaz hops. This copper colored, smooth and balanced lager is brewed exclusively with ingredients grown in the United States.

PIONEER AMERICAN INDIA PALE ALE (I.P.A.) (5.3% a.b.v. / 68 i.b.u.)
Brewed with 2 row malted barley, Victory, Biscuit, Crystal 150 lovibond and Carapils. Hopped with Warrior, Columbus, Cascade, Nugget, Centennial, Northern Brewer and Citra hops. Fermented with a California yeast strain. Highly hopped, medium bodied classic India Pale Ale brewed in the West Coast style.

PIONEER AMERICAN NITRO STOUT (6.8% a.b.v. / 30 i.b.u.)
Brewed with 2 row malted barley, Pale Malt, Roasted Barley, Carafa 2, Amber Malt, Munich and flaked oats. Hopped with Columbus and East Kent Golding hops. Fermented with an English yeast strain. A bold foreign extra Stout, full bodied, creamy and full of roasted flavor and aroma. This beer is pushed with nitrogen which creates a luscious thick creamy head.

PIONEER AMERICAN BLUEBERRY ALE (4.0% a.b.v. / 28 i.b.u.)
Brewed with 2 row malted barley, pilsner malt, carapils malt and Vienna malt. Hopped with Tettnang, Hallertau and Saaz hops. Fermented with an English yeast strain. Fresh blueberry flavoring is added at the final stage of fermentation. A light bodied ale with fresh subtle blueberry undertones. A refreshing fruit ale.

WINTER
PIONEER DARK HARVEST
DOUBLE ROBUST PORTER
(10.0% a.b.v. / 41 i.b.u.)
Brewed with 2 row malted barley, chocolate malt, Carafa 3, crystal 150 lovibond, Melanoidin malt and cane sugar. Hopped with Columbus, Nugget, Citra and Mt Hood hops. Fermented with an English yeast strain. A full bodied full flavored winter ale with hints of raisins, plums and currants balance with the rich, dark malt flavors of this brew. The strongest we have brewed in alcohol content to date. Perfect to get you through the New England winter!

SPRING
PIONEER DOPPELBOCK (8.0% a.b.v. / 20 i.b.u.)
Brewed with light Munich malt, Pilsner malt, Melanoidin malt, chocolate malt, amber malt and caramel 45 lovibond malt. Hopped with Hallertau hops. Fermented with a German lager yeast strain. A full bodied rich amber lager aged with oak chips for the entire winter season.

SUMMER
PIONEER BELGIAN WIT
(5.0% a.b.v. / 25 i.b.u.)
Brewed with pale malt, wheat malt and torrified wheat as well as sweet and bitter orange peel and corriander. Hopped with Hallertau and Saaz hops. Fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. A refreshing summer ale.

FALL
PIONEER OKTOBERFEST (6.5% a.b.v. / 20 i.b.u.) Brewed with Munich, Vienna, Pilsner, Carahell, Caramunich and Melanoidin malts (all malts are imported from Germany). Hopped with tettnanger. Fermented with a German lager yeast. A traditional German marzen style lager brewed for the Oktoberfest celebration.
